Cymbidium Vogelsang ‘Eastbourne’ x So Bold ‘Bountiful’

Cymbidium Vogelsang ‘Eastbourne’ x So Bold ‘Bountiful’

According to Chinese culture, orchids will bring the energy of an untainted natural symmetry. It is a symbol of a quest for perfection in any areas of one’s life. A picture of abundance, perfection, spiritual growth, beauty and purity.

For myself personally, what make orchids different from other flowers are based on few facts. Orchids generally are not very easy to grow and it makes them more exotic, mysterious, expensive and classy. The beauty of many orchid flowers comes from the pretty lip that is elegantly sensual.  Though there are many different orchid species, almost all of them have the same characteristic… the prominent lip. If you take this lip off, what left of an orchid flower will look so ordinary. The other thing that amazes me about orchid flowers are their long lasting. Not many flowers will bloom for weeks or even months before they wilt and drop. Our Phalaenopsis orchid flowers have been blooming since early February, it means the same flowers have been blooming for almost 7 months.
