I went to Caribbean Market yesterday. It is on Ferntree Gully rd. in Scoresby (Melbourne, Australia). There is a nice lake in Caribbean gardens. It also has a large playground and a children train ride (during the holiday).

The fresh vegetables and plants here in the market are quite cheap. Guess, what I bought yesterday? I bought yellow pigface (mesembryanthemum), 2 pots for $5. What a bargain, and they have started to bloom!

October 10: Today, two days after I bought the pigface plants, some of the flower buds have started to open in the warm sunny Sunday. What a beautiful refreshingly bright yellow colour!
